Responsibilities- Overseeing all aspects of building operations, maintenance, and safety to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained facility environment.
- Reviewing and approving accounts payable documents such as invoices, check requests, and expense reports related to facilities and vendor services.
- Coordinating with contractors and vendors for building maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects; ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of work.
- Managing ongoing projects related to building improvements, office renovations, safety compliance, and sustainability initiatives.
- Developing, maintaining, and updating building safety plans, evacuation procedures, and emergency response protocols in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Handling security operations including employee access badges, visitor management, and coordination with security vendors.
- Planning and coordinating events including company meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities within the facility.
- Tracking and managing facility-related expenses and budgets; ensuring adherence to financial controls and reporting requirements.
- Serving as the main liaison between departments, leadership, and external vendors for all facilities-related needs and communications.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards; partnering with leadership to implement improvements as needed.
- Supporting company initiatives related to workspace optimization, sustainability, and employee experience.
- Overseeing inventory of office and facility supplies, ensuring adequate stock and cost-efficient purchasing practices.
- Assisting with scheduling, logistics, and setup for training programs and team meetings hosted at the facility.
- Developing and maintaining facility policies, procedures, and vendor management records to ensure operational consistency.
- Maintain storage unit files.
- Compensation is from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour

Candidates must be able to work without close supervision and possess the following qualifications:
- Must be able to organize (files and systems), set priorities, and assume all responsibilities related to the position.
- Must be flexible, able to handle a multitude of duties, and work under pressure.
- Must be able to get along well with others, and communicate via the telephone and email correspondence without being either intimated or intimidating.
- Must be able to compose letters and handle routine correspondence
- Good typing and 10 key calculator skills are needed.
- This person must be a high school graduate with business school or college training, or related experience.
