As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our dealership’s vehicle inventory and lot. This role involves various responsibilities, including vehicle maintenance, lot management, and assisting customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and possess a valid driver’s license.

• Uphold and maintain the appearance of new and used vehicle inventory.
• Clean both the interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replenishing fluids, replacing batteries, and refilling tires.
• Affix buyer guides and stock tags to vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of which vehicles have been cleaned and when.
• Organize and maintain the vehicle lot’s appearance, ensuring it is free from trash and debris.
• Move vehicles according to dealership standards and instructions.
• Remove debris from display areas and perform minor inspections for damage.
• Move vehicles between departments and manage vehicle key tags.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and properly displayed.
• Verify that new vehicles display factory and addendum stickers and selling prices.
• Replace sold vehicles and empty spaces with new inventory, prioritizing the most marketable vehicles.
• Report any issues promptly to the supervisor.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Demonstrable experience as a car porter or in a similar role.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Basic knowledge of car maintenance is advantageous.
• Strong sense of responsibility for customer and dealership property.
• Willingness to learn and perform various tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum of two years holding a valid driver's license.
