Pay Range: $5,000‑$10,000/month.

Employment Type:

Full‑time.

Location:

Southern California (multiple locations).

• Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on manual and automatic transmissions
• Remove, disassemble, repair, and reassemble transmission units
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify issues
• Inspect and test vehicle drivability, shifting performance, and related systems
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate repair needs, timelines, and estimates
• Complete warranty and non‑warranty repairs according to manufacturer standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety and efficiency

• 2+ years of dedicated transmission repair experience (preferred)
• Advanced mechanical knowledge of transmission systems, including CVT, automatic, and dual‑clutch options
• Skilled in diagnosing drivetrain, clutch, and torque converter issues
• Proficiency in electronic diagnostic equipment and transmission‑specific tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude and a drive for excellence
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
