Management Analyst

Now hiring Management Analyst Riverside, CA Pay Rate: $33.99 $ 45.42 per hour (depending on experience)

Shift: Monday Friday | 8 AM 5 PM

Education:

A bachelor's degree in public/business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field

Experience:

1 year of experience in governmental budgetary, finance, and revenue analysis and projections activities, preferably in municipal government

  • Contract & Agreement Expertise:
    Ability to review and interpret contracts, leases, and agreements, including terms, expiration dates, financial obligations, compliance requirements, and deliverables.
  • Data & Database Management:
    Experience maintaining accurate property, lease, license, or easement databases; strong attention to detail and version control.
  • Property & Asset Knowledge:
    Understanding of real property concepts, occupancy agreements, rights‑of‑way, space utilization, and facility management.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data validation) and familiarity with property management, contract management, or enterprise systems.
  • Document & Project Management:
    Strong organizational skills for managing digital and hardcopy files, supporting project timelines, and coordinating cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    Ability to prepare dashboards, status updates, and summary reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Process & Quality Focus:
    Ensures compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulations; identifies workflow gaps and recommends improvements.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving:
    Skilled at identifying inconsistencies, risks, or gaps in contracts, records, or data.
  • Time Management & Prioritization:
    Comfortable managing multiple agreements and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Professionalism & Confidentiality:
    Maintains discretion when handling sensitive contract, financial, and property information.
