This is a senior, hands-on role that owns social strategy and also writes and ships the posts, mostly on X and Linked In, with video and You Tube alongside. A strong candidate has five or more years running social for a technical or developer-facing brand, a record of growing accounts, and enough grasp of inference, GPUs, and model performance to write accurately and ask engineers sharp follow-up questions.

Good judgment on what not to post matters as much as speed during launches.

AI tools can help with drafting, repurposing content, and tracking what the community is talking about. The audience is ML engineers and infrastructure teams who quickly spot vague or wrong technical claims, so accuracy and a believable voice carry the work. Deciding which channels deserve effort, earning trust with engineers, and helping team members post in their own voice stay human jobs.

The role sits close to a company that serves models for fast-moving AI products, so a person here would learn the vocabulary of inference, latency, throughput, and GPU cost through daily work with engineers and product marketing. To build this experience beforehand, follow open source model releases and benchmark discussions, and practice turning a technical result into a clear post. Trying AI tools for drafting and video editing also helps show practical fluency.
