We’re looking for our first Head of Revenue Operations to build the operational foundation that scales with us.
What You Will DoYou’ll own the GTM tech stack, our data infrastructure, and revenue analytics — and build a team around you as we grow.
Why It Might Be a FitCentral to this role is architecting an agentic foundation for our business: designing and deploying AI agents that automate and amplify our GTM function at scale.
Requirements- 2–4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related function.
- Demonstrated ownership of forecasting models and pipeline analytics, built from scratch — not inherited.
- Hands‑on experience with comp plan design or administration, including quota modeling.
- Proven experience building AI agents — whether with Claude, other LLM APIs, or turnkey agentic platforms — with a default instinct to automate and scale through AI.
- B2B software background, ideally at a sales‑led company between Series A–C.
- Self‑directed and comfortable with ambiguity; you’ve navigated early‑stage environments before.
- Strategic ownership from day one.
- Direct access to leadership.
- Competitive comp package
- Comprehensive benefits
- Flexible work policy
A first-hire role building the revenue operations foundation and AI-driven GTM automation for an early‑stage company, with the team to follow.
Level (indicative): Expert.
Title vs scope: title above scope.
Requirement inflation: low.
Shape of the role: strongly build / define; strongly ambiguous scope.
Core capabilities: GTM tech stack ownership, data infrastructure design and ownership and forecasting and pipeline analytics.
Not for you if you want to maintain and optimise existing systems, or you need a clearly bounded scope.
