This role plays a key part in supporting both construction management and O&M activities on environmental remediation system installations, helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.

• Support the Construction Manager with daily site operations and project coordination
• Develop and submit annual construction work plans
• Maintain accurate documentation, including reports, inspections, and material tracking
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to scheduling, budgeting, and progress updates
• Prepare construction progress reports and assist with environmental monitoring and record‑keeping

• Support site operations while maintaining safety, health and environmental compliance
• Conduct inspections and implement health and safety plans
• Manage work crews, subcontractors and vendors
• Track project costs and manage purchase orders
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control on all site work and deliverables

• 2‑5 years of experience in civil construction or environmental projects (Level I: 2‑3 years, Level II: 3‑5 years)
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and project specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project‑management software, including Primavera
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
• 40‑hour HAZWOPER and Cal‑OSHA certifications preferred; training available if needed
