As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Scheduling:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
  • Resource Management:
    • Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
    • Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as necessary to optimize efficiency.
  • Contractor and Vendor Management:
    • Procure and manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
    • Evaluate bids and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure construction meets regulatory standards and client expectations.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and address issues as they arise to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
  • Communication and Reporting:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
    • Provide regular progress reports to clients, senior management, and other relevant parties.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing civil and earthwork projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision‑making skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
