This is a full-time on-site role located in Riverside, CA, for a Superintendent / Project Manager. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of rebar installation projects, including managing project schedules, budgets, safety protocols, and overall quality control.

• Oversee project schedules and budgets.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance.
• Guarantee overall quality control.
• Supervise construction teams.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

• Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead construction teams and manage personnel effectively.
• Experience in Commercial Construction and related processes, including rebar installation and construction workflows.
• Knowledge of Quality Control methods to ensure that project standards and specifications are consistently met.
• Understanding of Construction Safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Proficiency in Budgeting, including managing project expenses and optimizing resources for financial efficiency.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate efficiently with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management software or tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in a similar role and within the rebar or construction industry is preferred.

Salary: $160,000 - $190,000
