Responsibilities- Customer Support:
Interact with all new and existing US customer leads in Hub Spot, handling objections and providing comprehensive information about our offering to support purchasing decisions - Local social media management:
Support the global team on posting 1 time a week with a US specific post regarding FKL. - Community liaison:
Act as a local ambassador, fostering strong relationships with potential customers and addressing customer needs - Feedback to global:
Provide actionable insights and feedback to help us continually improve our offering.
- Two years experience in a customer facing role
- Able to manage customer expectations and
- Experience in answering online queries via Social Media and/or Email
- Ambitious and driven with strong written, listening and verbal communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure
