We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team immediately. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in creating positive experiences for our customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved promptly and effectively. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, which makes your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically very important.

Job: On site
Location: Riverside, CA
Pay Range: $750- $1100 per week

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services offered by the company.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference and quality assurance.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
