As an Entry-Level Client Relations Associate, you'll immerse yourself in Frontier's customer support operations, gaining hands-on training in everything from high-speed internet, cutting-edge TV, and reliable voice services to refining your problem-solving and customer communication expertise. This experience will set you up for long-term success in customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Client Relations Associate
  • Engage proactively with customers in local communities local events, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and assisting with inquiries.

  • Undergo comprehensive training on Frontier’s fiber internet, TV, and voice solutions, developing expertise in telecommunications products.

  • Provide clear and detailed assistance, addressing inquiries on Frontier services, promotions, billing, and basic technical support.

  • Assess customer needs, identifying opportunities to recommend tailored Frontier services that best suit their requirements.

  • Troubleshoot Frontier devices and services, patiently guiding customers through steps to resolve common technical issues.

  • Facilitate account management, assisting with service upgrades, payments, and changes to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Apply effective engagement strategies, building strong customer relationships through trust and meaningful interactions.

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, service concerns, and resolutions in the CRM system for efficient follow-ups

  • Collaborate with sales teams, contributing to a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven work environment.

  • Participate in ongoing training, refining product knowledge, customer service skills, and staying informed about Frontier offerings.
