Customer Service

Inland Home Remedies is hiring Customer Service team members to support customers in the Inland Empire area. Due to expansions in Riverside, CA, we have openings with both seasonal and year-round availability. Selected candidates may be asked to start immediately.

Success in this role means providing friendly, accurate support, resolving customer needs efficiently, and maintaining a positive customer experience from first contact through follow-up. Advancement opportunities may be available in as little as 5 months for qualified performers.

• Answer customer inquiries and provide clear information in a professional and respectful manner.
• Assist customers with questions related to services, requests, and general needs.
• Listen actively to understand customer concerns and respond with appropriate solutions.
• Process customer requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Document interactions and update records to ensure information is organized and current.
• Follow established procedures to maintain consistency and quality across interactions.
• Coordinate with team members to elevate issues when additional support is needed.
• Maintain a calm, helpful approach while handling multiple requests.
• Support a positive customer experience by demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Meet productivity and service standards as outlined by the team.

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to start immediately.
• No experience necessary—training will be provided.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to learn and follow established processes.
• Reliability and willingness to work seasonal and/or year-round schedules as available.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing customer needs.

• Compensation: $750 per week (for those who qualify, per agreement).
• Seasonal and year-round contract/temporary openings.
