** Customer Service Representative (Temp-to-Hire)
** We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely delivery, accurate order processing, and exceptional service. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Manage customer accounts and ensure timely, accurate service.
* Process orders and maintain customer records using company systems/WMS.
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, inventory, invoices, and orders.
* Coordinate shipments, container dispatch/returns, and inventory activities.
* Communicate delays, discrepancies, and service updates to customers.
* Collaborate with operations and other departments to meet service expectations.
* Maintain account procedures and documentation.
* Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

* Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 1-2 years of logistics, transportation, customer service, or related experience preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
* Willingness to learn and be trained on company systems, processes, and procedures.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
