Our client, a global leader in transportation technology and rail mobility solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Representative
- Technical Products to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service and Commercial Operations team supporting customers, engineering, supply chain, product management, and factory teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Sacramento, CA

Pay Range: $32.00 - $45.60 per hour

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding parts, services, and technical equipment.
• Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and order updates within SAP.
• Coordinate with engineering, sourcing, operations, and factory teams to provide pricing, technical information, and issue resolution.
• Monitor order status, shipment schedules, and customer requests to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.

• Experience in customer service, inside sales support, order management, or another customer-facing role.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• SAP or ERP system experience is preferred; technical or manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
