Job Title: Associate Dentist - Limited to Pediatrics

Location: Dental Kidz Club, Riverside, CA

Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays

• $1,000/day or percentage of adjusted production — whichever is greater.

• Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients, including exams, preventive treatments, restorations, and extractions.
• Educate children and parents on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans that prioritize patient comfort and long-term oral health.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with dental regulations.
• Foster a positive, supportive environment to reduce dental anxiety for children.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and ethical standards of practice.

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active California dental license in good standing.
• Certification for Pediatric Dentistry specialty is preferred but not required; general dentists with a strong interest and experience in treating children are welcome.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage children and parents effectively.
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children of all ages.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
