What it's like to be a Registered Dental Hygienist at Enable Dental

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will engage in a dynamic role, providing vital dental care, including thorough cleanings, patient education, and periodontal assessments. Your ability to educate and motivate patients about maintaining their oral health will play a crucial role in promoting preventive care and establishing trust.

In addition to delivering high‑quality care, you will document patient interactions, maintain detailed dental records, and collaborate with other dental professionals to develop tailored treatment plans. Requirements

To excel at Enable Dental, you must:

  • Hold a valid Registered Dental Hygienist license (AP) in the state of California.
  • Have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license (travel to patient locations may be required).
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with dental hygiene instruments and technologies, such as ultrasonic scalers and digital radiography.
  • Be familiar with dental software for managing patient records.
  • Possess a proactive mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
  • Hold CPR/BLS certification.
