* The Embedded Engineer
* provides expertise within the department of Technical Operations for the Precision Irrigation Division of the Toro Company. Primary duties include supporting existing products currently in the market and new product development. Individual will work closely with the development team, production, customer support, supply chain to support and sustain production of products. Scope will include, but not be limited to, hardware and firmware features and functionality.

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
* Maintain design concepts for circuits and systems, involving analog and digital design techniques and interface sensors with microcontrollers/microprocessors.
* Proficiency in C/C++ and familiarity with RTOS environments
* Strong understanding of hardware interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc.)
* Printed circuit board design, ORCAD preferred tool

* Engineer IV: 7+ years of experience
* Willing to learn Python, C, and other programming languages as needed
