About the Role:

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Project Controls Analyst to support cost, schedule and performance management across multiple lines of business. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in project controls, with a strong background in cost forecasting, change management, scheduling and reporting. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts and cost control systems.
• Create and update project schedules as needed.
• Perform earned value analysis and variance reporting.
• Track and manage project changes, risks and opportunities.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of various contract types, including:
  Lump Sum (Fixed Price), Time and Materials (T&M) and Unit Price Contracts.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and finance teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Support procurement and contract management processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project controls processes and tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in project controls or project management support.
• Proficiency in scheduling and cost control tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Spectrum is preferred but not required.

Base pay range: $80,000.00 – $ per year.
