Role Responsibilities

• Manage a successful pipeline and collect necessary documentation efficiently
• Provide superior customer service by engaging consumers, determining their needs, and offering appropriate mortgage products
• Meet individual monthly sales goals to support both personal and team success
• Build and expand a professional network to generate long‑term business

Qualifications

• An active, approved STATE NMLS license is a must
• Detail‑oriented with thoughtful decision‑making skills
• Discipline to maintain all mortgage licenses, completing mandatory annual continuing education
• Solid understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines
• Proficiency in technical systems (e.g., Encompass)
• Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues relevant to the mortgage industry
• Ability and passion to grow a network of prospects, customers, realtors, and referral partners
• Bilingual is a valuable asset (A PLUS!)
