As a Producing Branch Manager
, you’ll lead a high‑performing team while personally originating loans. You’ll be responsible for:

• Driving loan production through strategic sales and business development.
• Recruiting, training, and mentoring top‑tier Loan Officers.
• Managing branch financials to ensure profitability and growth.
• Building strong referral relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and community partners.
• Developing and executing a branch business plan to maximize success.
• Providing expert guidance to borrowers, helping them choose the best loan options for their needs.

• 5+ years of mortgage banking or retail branch banking experience (including 1+ year in a leadership role).
• A strong network of referral partners and a proven ability to drive sales.
• Deep knowledge of mortgage products, regulatory guidelines, underwriting, and closing procedures.
• Active NMLS license.
• A passion for leadership, mentorship, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
