• Passion: A desire to empower individuals with I/DD and make a real impact.
• Team Player:
  Someone who works well with others, takes initiative, and adapts to new situations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass a background check.
• Previous experience in caregiving, social work, life skills coaching, as a teaching assistant or volunteering is a plus but not required.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Adaptability to address individual’s needs with care and flexibility.
• Basic tech skills (mobile phone use, email, Microsoft, electronic database systems).
