Pay Rate: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday with Flexible schedules

Responsibilities- Assess residents' nutritional needs and develop/document care plans
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical data
- Provide nutrition education and counseling
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes
- Ensure compliance with CMS, State, and Federal regulations
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Hold a valid Certification/License in good standing within the state
- Knowledge of survey processes and nutrition care regulations (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication skills
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required
- Valid Driver's License if multi-site
- RD-Eligible or provisional licensure accepted in some locations
