Occupational Therapist – Mobile Care
Join us at BIOMECHANICS PHYSICAL THERAPY to transform lives through therapy.
Compensation: Up to $155,000 annually.Coverage: Within a 10–20 mile radius of your home;
Riverside, Jurupa Valley, Bloomington, and surrounding areas. Role
- Help patients and families adapt to their environment, modify tasks, and use equipment to improve participation in daily life.
- Help patients manage fatigue to conserve energy and reduce stress.
- Teach relaxation techniques to improve sleep habits and joint protection, manage chronic pain, and use adapted equipment.
- Work as an Occupational Therapist on a mobile home‑health team dedicated to high‑quality service.
- Grow with a supportive team that values your productivity and success.
- Receive fair compensation and professional support.
Geriatric patient population. Patients are seen 2–3 times per week; post‑surgical care, home safety, ROM, strength training, and equipment evaluation are part of the scope.
Position Requirements- Excellent communication skills.
- California licensed Physical Therapist.
- CPR Certified.
- Recent physical exam within the last year.
- Clear tuberculosis testing within the last year.
- Experience range from entry level to seasoned professionals.
- Ability to work independently.
- 45‑minute treatment sessions.
- Minimal documentation—focus on patient care.
- 1 to 7 patients per day.
- Paired with a Senior OT for guidance.
- Full orientation and on‑site assistance.
- Shadowing and documentation review.
- Fully owned and operated by physical therapists.
- Ethical practice and over eight years of experience.
- Committed to patient care and therapist growth.
