The Medical Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and visitors, responsible for managing a high volume of calls, scheduling, and administrative tasks. This role ensures the smooth flow of the clinic and provides excellent customer service to support patient care.

• Wage: $16.90 to $22 per hour
• Paid Time Away: 3 weeks (2 weeks + 6-7 company-observed holidays)

• Manages high volume incoming and outgoing phone calls efficiently and professionally.
• Schedules and confirms patient appointments, handling reschedules and cancellations.
• Maintains patient records and protects patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
• Greets and directs patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Performs general administrative duties.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required), Associates (Preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in a medical office or high-volume customer service setting (required)
• Proficiency with medical scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR).
• Bilingual candidates preferred
