Raincross Medical Group | Riverside, CA
Raincross Medical Group is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist with at least one year of medical billing experience
, including claim denials, billing reports, and audits.
- Review and resolve denied or rejected claims, including corrected claims and appeals.
- Follow up on unpaid claims and outstanding insurance balances.
- Prepare and review billing reports to identify discrepancies and follow-up needs.
- Conduct billing audits to verify accuracy and identify errors.
- Post payments, review adjustments, and reconcile account discrepancies.
- Communicate with insurance companies and office staff to resolve billing issues.
- Maintain accurate records and protect patient confidentiality.
- Minimum of one year of medical billing experience.
- Experience with denial management, billing reports, and audits.
- Knowledge of insurance billing, CPT and ICD-10 codes, and accounts receivable.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Elation Billing preferred.
Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 4:30m pm
