Companion & Personal Caregiver Needed for Elderly Gentleman in Riverside, CAA loving family in Riverside, California is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient part-time live-out elder care companion for a 79-year-old gentleman. This role is centered on companionship, dignity, and meaningful human connection, along with light personal care support.

The primary focus of this position is to provide warm, consistent companionship and help create a more joyful, engaged daily life. The ideal caregiver will not only assist with personal care needs but will also become a trusted friend and supportive presence.

• Provide friendly companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Engage in daily social activities such as talking, laughing, and shared experiences
• Assist with personal care needs, including bathing and hygiene support as needed
• Support assisted walking and light mobility, including walks at the park
• Encourage and accompany participation in community activities such as visiting local senior centers and engaging in social outings
• Provide encouragement for gentle physical activity and time outside the home
• Help foster a positive, safe, and emotionally supportive environment

• Kind, patient, and emotionally attentive
• Experienced in elder care or caregiving (preferred but not required)
• Comfortable with light personal care assistance
• Enjoys conversation, companionship, and building trust
• Reliable, respectful, and consistent in scheduling

• $18.00 per hour
• Part-time, flexible hours
