The Sales & Catering Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the hotel’s Sales and Catering team. This role ensures smooth coordination of group sales, meetings, and events by managing documentation, systems, client communication, and internal coordination to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality, business, or marketing preferred
- 1–2 years of administrative or hospitality experience preferred
- Prior hotel sales, catering, or event experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with hotel sales systems (PMS) a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
