A key aspect of our BT&T’s mission is to build and sustain a capable organization for profitable growth; this entails deploying and driving adoption of leading practices as well as effectively leveraging SAP and other enterprise technology. The System Integration Analyst is a trusted technical expert with very strong business acumen in this domain and a keen eye to drive end-to-end/enterprise efficiencies.

The System Integration Analyst is the custodian of the robustness of technical solution(s) supporting Source to Pay processes and practices to protect the business value and efficiencies these are intended to deliver.

• Demonstrate and uphold Riverside Natural Food’s Core Values
• Partner with Business Process owner, to provide end-to-end technology solutions implementation and continuous improvement project leadership. Demonstrate expertise on how SAP modules integrate when assessing and recommending functional & technical solutions.
• Analyze business requirements (functional and technical requirements, information need, business processes) by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information and mapping those requirements to SAP business processes.
• Demonstrate ownership, confidence, and the ability to make recommendations for selection of appropriate SAP best practices and solutions to meet business requirements effectively
• Accountable to safeguard and drive SAP Clean Core principles; reinforce leading practices in end users by being an effective advocate for and influencer.
• Provide deep SAP functional & technical expertise in the Source to Pay area.
• Develop proof of concepts to showcase functional solutions to key business partners.
• Configuration of SAP S4 HANA, Fiori, & Ariba/Business Network Source to Pay modules. Creation of functional specs and training documents.
• Complete functional specifications for RICEFW (reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflow).
• Effectively collaborate and manage third-party vendors for technical consulting during solution design, development, delivery, and support.
• Ensure technical design and delivery align with functional specifications and adhere to quality standards.
• Document requirements, develop business process maps, create project plans and training materials.
• Knowledge of and ability to use approved testing methodologies, processes and procedures.
• Ability to design and develop test plans (test objectives, test cases, test data, test scripts) for system and/or acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets the business requirements.
• Provide input to architecture, security, and data standards.
• Share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the process area.
• Fit/gap analysis and design decisions, ensuring deviations from standard functionality are justified.
• Collaborate effectively with key business decision makers and end users to resolve issues.
• Resolve support issues and collaborate with Business Process Owners to deliver SAP training to end-users on current and new functionality.
• Coordinate execution of project tasks in your functional area and be comfortable working under the pressure of tight project deadlines.
