• Create conceptual, logical, and physical design for cloud-based solutions for infrastructure and platforms.
• Research, analyze, recommend, and select technical approaches for solving difficult and challenging development and integration problems.
• Research, analyze, and recommend tools to increase performance, automation, and scalability.
• Analyze existing automation workflows and recommend options to streamline and automate where possible.
• Design and coordinate the installation of upgrades and new software.
• Analyze and identify opportunities to improve technology infrastructure and make recommendations for improving the overall performance and resiliency.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure highly desired.

This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to properly prioritize and multi-task. You must be able to work collaboratively with our project team in an Agile environment to ensure we are implementing optimal solutions for our customers. • 5 years of IT experience with a focus on Microsoft/Windows Infrastructure Engineering and Architecture.
• 5 years as an infrastructure focused IT Architect.
• Proficiency in architecting, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Azure infrastructure and topologies.
• Project experience architecting, implementing, and optimizing core infrastructure, networking, and cloud-based services.
• Experience designing and executing on enterprise Data Center Migrations including virtualization and automation.
• Experience in Business Continuity Planning.
• Good understanding of common networking protocols and platforms.
• Experience working with stakeholders to define business goals and translate those into a technical cloud solutions.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to acquire a SECRET security clearance.

• Experience in creating DoDAF artifacts; high proficiency in creating diagrams to DODAF standards.
