• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in graphics programming or rendering systems.
• 2+ years of experience in leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Deep understanding of C++ and graphics fundamentals.
• Proven experience with Emscripten - a must.
• Strong experience working with Web Assembly, WebGL, or WebGPU.
• Experience integrating or building creative tools (e.g., with or around Photoshop Web or similar).
