CRM Analyst – Inside Higher Ed
Join UC Riverside's central IT team as a CRM Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping every step of the Highlander journey. You will leverage your expertise in Slate and Salesforce to design and build innovative solutions that directly support students from their first inquiry to their life as alumni.
Responsibilities- Leverage expertise in Slate and Salesforce to design and build innovative solutions that support the student lifecycle.
- Learn about and support other SaaS solutions, such as Qualtrics, Kuali Build, Docu Sign, and more.
- Resolve a wide range of business process issues by designing, configuring, and implementing solutions within CRMs and integrated SaaS applications for workflow and forms.
- Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques to support the entire student lifecycle, ensuring data integrity and a seamless user experience.
- Provide technical resources for the university's CRM systems, including Technolutions Slate and Salesforce.
- Both positions are predominantly remote with occasional visits to campus as needed. Working hours are based on Pacific Standard Time (PST).
- Applicants must have current work authorization at the time of accepting a UCR staff position; UCR cannot sponsor employment visas.
