Solutions Architect V

Provide technical architecture, solution design, configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization services for the Rivermine platform. The following “Solution Architecture Services” includes:

• (1) Assess business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Rivermine solutions.
• (2) Design and implement platform configurations, workflows, business rules, fields, user roles, permissions, and system enhancements.
• (3) Design and support integrations, data flows, interfaces, and data mappings between Rivermine and enterprise systems.
• (4) Serve as the technical SME for Rivermine architecture, platform capabilities, configuration standards, and best practices.
• (5) Evaluate proposed changes and provide recommendations based on technical feasibility, scalability, maintainability, and downstream impacts.
• (6) Troubleshoot complex platform, configuration, integration, and performance issues and support root-cause analysis.
• (7) Identify and implement opportunities for platform optimization, automation, reliability, and improved usability.
• (8) Partner with business and technical stakeholders throughout solution design, testing, implementation, and production readiness.

15+ Years of experience with Tangoe Rivermine Telecom Expense Management System.

Bachelors and Master Degree in related field
