Discovery Attorney​/JD

Dordick Law Corporation, an award winning personal injury law firm that specializes in litigating catastrophic injury cases, is seeking a discovery attorney to work in its downtown Los Angeles or Beverly Hills office. This is not an entry level position. You should have significant experience responding to discovery in personal injury cases.

Dordick Law Corporation is seeking an experienced licensed attorney or non-barred JD to manage complex written discovery in California personal injury litigation.

The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and detail-oriented, have a deep familiarity with the California Discovery Rules and procedures, and be tech-savvy.

Preference will be given to applicants familiar with and enthusiastic about the use of AI to streamline discovery and ensure timely, accurate responses.

Key responsibilities:

• Drafting and responding to written discovery.
• Managing meet-and-confers and assisting with motions to compel.
• Work directly with clients to verify and prepare responsive documents.
• Work with lead attorneys to develop case strategies and themes
• Organize and maintain discovery case files within the firm's case management systems.

Requirements:

• JD Required; CA Bar Preferred
• 5+ years of plaintiff PI litigation experience
• Deep knowledge of California discovery rules
• Must work in-office; this is not a remote role
• Must be proactive and work independently
