Riverside Legal Assistant

Legal Assistant – Knez Law Group, LLP

Full‑time, on‑site position in Riverside, CA (salary $21–25 per hour).

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management by providing legal services under the supervision of an attorney. This individual will communicate frequently with the clients in order to serve them adequately. Additionally, this candidate will conduct necessary case work, such as drafting, proofing, and filing and service of documents.

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the assigned attorney including drafting legal documents, proofing, filing, e‑filling, service of process, and maintaining case calendars.
• Handle communication with clients, attorney offices, and courts.
• Locate and develop case‑relevant information.
• Maintain confidentiality of all Firm, client, and personnel information.
• Prepare and process new client/matter intakes per Firm procedures.
• Additional duties may be assigned as required to meet business needs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the legal field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, vendors, and staff.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, transcription devices, fax machines, and photocopiers with advanced functions.
• Consistently reliable in attendance and punctuality.
