Civil Litigation Attorney

Cummings, McClorey, Davis, Acho & Associates PC (CMDA) is a premier, AV® rated, multi-state law firm that has been in practice for over 60 years. Our Firm is rapidly expanding in California and is actively seeking a highly motivated Civil Litigation Attorney with experience handling all aspects of civil litigation. Public entity defense litigation experience is a plus.

The ideal hire can make a tangible impact on the Firm’s overall success by actively participating in the growth and development of our Riverside office. CMDA offers a formula bonus program and the potential for additional discretionary bonuses for highly productive attorneys.

Remote/hybrid work is common in this office.

Skills and

Educational Requirements:

• JD from an ABA-Approved law school, with strong academic credentials
• Current California Bar admission in good standing
• Minimum of two years of practical civil litigation experience required
• Ability to independently handle an active caseload, including preparation of pleadings, motions, and briefs; managing discovery; taking and defending depositions; and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing
• Outstanding analytical and creative thinking capabilities
• Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner, along with a commitment to providing clients with exceptional services
