Job Description

• Operate all equipment and prepare product.

• Stock ingredients from the delivery area, storage, and walk‑in cooler.

• Receive and process telephone orders.

• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.

• Deliver product by car to customers, including flyers, door‑hangers, or other marketing materials.

• Deliver pizzas, sides, and beverages while navigating delivery sites and multiple flights of stairs.

• Maintain a safe driving record and use an insured vehicle for deliveries.

• Perform administrative duties such as maintaining commercial records, running reports, and setting prices.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle.

• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings and private homes.

• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.

• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and accurate monetary change handling.

• Proficiency with a computer keyboard or touchscreen for order entry.

• Capability to work independently and in a team under stress, meet quality control standards, and make sound judgments.

Work Conditions & Physical Demands

• Exposure to varying temperatures, food odors, commercial dust, hot surfaces, and sharp edges.

• Standing, walking, and occasional climbing (stairs or ladders).

• Heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of products up to 60 pounds.

• Reaching above 72 inches and stooping/bending at the pizza assembly station.

• Rapid eye‑hand coordination required for pizza dough shaping, cutting, and box assembly.

• Repeated prolonged standing or walking, and brief periods of crouching or squatting.
