Job Requirements and Duties- Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
- Maintain cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.
- Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and set the example for your crew.
- Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule adherence, image and standards, customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Qualifications- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Orientation and training provided on the job.
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
- Make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for accurate, rapid movements.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Exposure to varying weather when removing trash and performing outdoor tasks.
- Store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some work areas.
- Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust.
- Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
- Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Standing, walking, sitting (paperwork), lifting heavy deliveries up to 50 pounds, carrying light loads, pushing/pulling trays, and infrequent climbing.
- Forward bending, crouching/squatting, reaching above 72 inches, and continuous hand tasks (assembly, manipulation of utensils, etc.).
- Deliver product by car to customers, deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle.
- Navigation skills for local delivery, including adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings.
