Schedule:

Monday - Friday | Start Time Between 7:00 AM & 8:30 AM

• High School Diploma or GED required
• College degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred
• APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP) are a plus
• ERP system experience required

• 5+ years of experience in inventory planning, purchasing, or materials management within a manufacturing environment
• Experience owning inventory performance, service levels, and inventory turns
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles, including reorder points, safety stock, EOQ, lead times, and demand planning
• Experience managing high-value inventory and supplier relationships
• Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory planning software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience in ISO/QMS manufacturing environments preferred
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
• Frequent keyboarding, data entry, and computer use
• Occasional walking in warehouse and production areas
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. when necessary
• Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment

• Manage inventory levels to support production schedules and customer demand
• Make purchasing decisions based on demand forecasts, inventory risk, and supplier lead times
• Monitor inventory performance, service levels, stock availability, and inventory investment
• Analyze demand trends and respond to planning exceptions, shortages, and supplier constraints
• Collaborate with production, engineering, suppliers, and operations teams to prevent stockouts
• Utilize ERP and planning tools to maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records
• Reduce excess and obsolete inventory while improving inventory turns
• Support on-time delivery goals and supply chain performance metrics
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and inventory control processes
