Head of Procurement leading Revolution Medicines' enterprise procurement function to support R&D, clinical, manufacturing, and commercial growth.
Responsibilities- develop and execute procurement strategy
- mature procurement operating model
- oversee governance, policies, and transformation initiatives
- lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and vendor governance
- enhance procurement processes and systems
- and lead procurement team development
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 10+ years in procurement/supply chain with 5+ years in leadership, preferably in biotech or pharma
- experience scaling procurement functions in high-growth biopharma environments
- proficiency with procurement systems like Coupa or Netsuite
- strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and project execution skills
- experience supporting R&D, clinical, manufacturing, and outsourcing (CMOs/CDMOs)
- procurement transformation in biotech
- procurement analytics
- certifications such as CPSM or CPM
- enterprise-wide procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier governance, regulated industry experience, supporting fast-paced growth
primarily onsite in Redwood City, CA, with salary range $265K–$331K, commensurate with experience.
