Location:

Preferred Experience
  • DSA / K-14 Education (highly preferred)
  • OSHPD / HCAI

Key Responsibilities
  • Support PM and estimating teams with work plans and CPM schedules
  • Lead daily scheduling, sequencing, and field execution to meet project goals
  • Maintain project documentation and site logistics plans
  • Manage and mentor field teams, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality
  • Conduct regular progress meetings with owners and design teams
  • Oversee permit acquisition and coordinate with inspection agencies
  • Maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders
  • Lead weekly safety “toolbox talks”
  • Travel to jobsites as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of progressive commercial construction supervision experience
  • OSHA 30
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and Bluebeam/Adobe
  • Ability to travel as required
Compensation

Full-time | Salary Range: $100K–$220K (DOE)
