Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Ops Team Lead / Process Assistant to join our Logistics Center team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operational functions of the Logistics Center are executed in a cost-effective and compliant manner, while actively training and mentoring associates to meet productivity, safety, and quality goals.
The Operations team is a fast-paced environment that relies on clear communication and cross-functional support to meet both internal and external customer needs.
What You'll Do- Coaching & Support:
Oversee, train, and provide performance feedback to reports, focusing on the monitoring and mentoring of associates to ensure high productivity, quality, and safety. - Operational Management & Production Planning:
Develop and manage production schedules, allocate resources for timely completion of assignments, and manage incoming / outgoing shipments and warehouse inventory to maintain organizational efficiency and accurate records. - Activity Monitoring & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and communicate operational reports to designated personnel to provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making and ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulations.
- Experience:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics leadership, with specific experience in warehouse fulfillment or e-commerce management (onsite ordering, picking, packing, and shipping). - Metrics:
Proven ability to monitor teams' daily production goals and dynamically manage performance to consistently meet company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Technical Familiarity:
Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and computerized applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software, email). - Interpersonal
Skills:
Proven ability in conflict management, resolving employee issues, and managing team dynamics while fostering open communication across all levels of the organization.
- Salary details: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour.
- Location:
Riverside, CA. - Shifts:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. - Full health and dental benefits starting on the first day of employment.
- Paid Time Off:

Reasonably expected salary range: $50,100.00 - $62,600.00
