• Setting up and operating 3, 4 & 5 axis CNC machining centers (HAAS & FANUC)
• Performing in-process checks and precision inspections
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, routers, and set-up sheets
• Making offsets, edge-breaking, and tool checks as needed
• Communicating issues and improvement ideas to supervisors
• Maintaining clean, organized work spaces and following safety protocols

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience (4 & 5 axis)
• Proficiency with HAAS machines and FANUC controls
• Strong blueprint reading and precision measuring skills
• Your own set-up tools (required)
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented shop

• Temp-to-Hire | Monday–Friday
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• Pay: $22–$25/hour (DOE)
