Senior Supervisory Operations

Job Overview

Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor to join our team in Riverside, CA.

• Work onsite at Riverside, CA during 2nd shift hours (3pm–11:30pm) Monday–Friday.
• Ensure all quality items for multiple cells or a complex cell are complete and documented to meet established quality standards.
• Guide cost reduction and process improvement in multiple cells or a complex cell to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness.
• Plan and execute scheduling for multiple cells or a complex cell to meet production schedules.
• Guide the sequencing of work such as build and delivery for multiple cells or a complex cell to optimize productivity.
• Manage cell performance and productivity for multiple cells or a complex cell to maximize productivity.
• Guide production innovation, including additive manufacturing, for multiple cells or a complex cell to enhance production capabilities.
• Interface with customers to understand customer needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards of service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or Advanced Degree and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
• 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing/production and/or warehouse setting.

• Experience with SAP programs.
• Experience working in a unionized setting.
• Experience with Solusia systems.
• 1 year of CORE Lean manufacturing experience.

Salary range: $90,000 – $182,000 USD.
