What You'll Do:

As our Production Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Riverside Service Center, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and team development. You will oversee shipping, receiving, scheduling, and coordinate with the maintenance team to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

* Championing a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with OSHA and Tosca safety policies

* Driving world-class safety performance, reporting incidents, and setting team safety goals

* Leading and developing a high-caliber production team through clear expectations, coaching, and recognition

* Overseeing training on production procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols

* Monitoring and controlling operational costs in line with budget goals

* Leading quality programs and ensuring compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and EH&S standards

* Facilitating daily production to meet customer demands, flexing as needed to support the production line during peak periods

* Holding weekly team meetings and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

What We Are Looking For :

* Bilingual (Spanish/English) - Required

Ability to communicate clearly with our predominantly Spanish-speaking workforce and build trust across the team.

* 5-7+ years of supervisory experience leading frontline teams in a production, manufacturing, distribution, or similar environment.

* Experience managing large teams (40+ team members) and handling day-to-day employee relations, coaching, and team development.

* A strong background in team building, conflict resolution, and people development - this is a core priority for the role.

* Comfort working in fast-paced, high-volume environments with shifting priorities.

* Experience with SAP, D365, ADP, or Kronos is helpful but not required; willingness to learn is key.

* Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.

Work Schedule

* 3rd

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM

* This shift starts on Monday evening and ends on Saturday morning due to the overnight schedule.

* Supervisors are expected to arrive 10-15 minutes before shift start and stay about 20 minutes after shift end for handoff and close-out.

* Full-time, onsite role supporting all 3rd shift operations.

* Occasional flexibility may be required based on production needs, staffing coverage, or cross-shift coordination.
