Senior Supervisor

Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Supervisor to join our team in Riverside, CA. In this role, you will lead multiple production cells, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and on-time delivery. You'll play a key part in driving continuous improvement, supporting innovation, and maintaining strong customer relationships. What You Will Do:

• Work Onsite at your Riverside, CA Location
• Work 2nd shift hours (3pm 11:30pm) M-F
• Ensure all quality related items for multiple cells or a complex cell are complete and documented to meet established quality standards.
• Guide cost reduction and process improvement in multiple cells or a complex cell to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness.
• Plan and execute scheduling for multiple cells or a complex cell to meet production schedules.
• Guide the sequencing of work, such as build and delivery, for multiple cells or a complex cell to optimize productivity.
• Manage cell performance and productivity for multiple cells or a complex cell to maximize productivity.
• Guide production innovation, including additive manufacturing, for multiple cells or a complex cell to enhance production capabilities.
• Interface with customers to understand customer needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards of service.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
• Experience utilizing Microsoft (work, excel, PowerPoint)
• 1 year of experience in a leadership role
• 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing/production and/or warehouse setting

Qualification We Prefer:

• Experience with utilizing SAP programs
• Experience working in a unionized setting
• Experience with solumia systems
• 1 year of CORE Lean manufacturing experience
