Gilly is seeking a full‑time production/lab assistant to support fungal culture maintenance and production runs at our East Bay lab and Stanislaus County facility in California. The role starts ASAP and runs through April 2027, with potential for longer‑term growth.
You will perform hands‑on production work, basic microbiology tasks, keep batch records, and help troubleshoot fermentation results in a small team developing a fungal feed additive for dairy cattle.
