Salary Range: $50 – $55 per hour.

• As a home care registered nurse (RN), you will ensure hospice patients are comfortable and forge compassionate, meaningful connections.
• Guide patients and families through the end-of-life journey, maintaining trust as the highest priority.
• Serve as a caregiver and hospice educator, making autonomous care decisions at the bedside.
• Help patients and loved ones understand and embrace the palliative nature of hospice and the benefits of comfort-focused care.

• Care for hospice patients at their homes or in assisted living/skilled nursing facilities; most nurses make 4‑6 visits each day.
• Once a week, visit the local program office to meet with the interdisciplinary team (social workers, physicians, chaplains, nurses).

• RN license and at least two years of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Commitment, compassion, and a can‑do attitude.
• Patient‑centered focus, extending comfort and dignity at the end of life.
