We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator ER to join our healthcare family. As a leader in patient care, the CNC ensures high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit during the designated shift.

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput.
• Participate in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services and collaborate with management team.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create a teamwork environment that supports improved outcomes.
• Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
• Operationalize nursing strategies such as employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives to improve engagement.
• Provide recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff and implement courses of action for conflict resolution and personnel policy compliance.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manage practical aspects of staff labor according to patient care needs.
• Support proper inventory control and manage supplies and equipment.

• Valid California RN license
• Current BLS, ACLSCC, PALS
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training within 6 months of hire
• Either CEN, CPEN, or TCRN (within 2 years of hire)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (within 2 years of hire)
• 2+ years applicable clinical nursing experience
• 2+ years in a lead role with demonstrated leadership and management proficiency (Preferred)
