- Competitive compensation of $145,399 - $174,478 with quarterly bonus.

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least two years of experience working with the elderly. Must have prescriptive authority, DEA registration, and be eligible to serve Medicare/Medi‑Cal participants.

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $145,399 - $174,478 per year + Bonus + Equity. Welbe Health offers a competitive total rewards package that includes 401(k) match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
